The Role

Associate Sales Consultant (US Market): Key Responsibilities

  • Specialising in a key area of Life Science and having a sound understanding of roles, companies, and key players
  • Developing a deep understanding of client companies, their industry, their work culture and environment
  • Sales techniques, business development, marketing techniques, cold-calling and networking to attract potential clients
  • Booking meetings with new and existing clients to build and develop relationships
  • Giving presentations to existing and potential clients
  • Lead generation
  • Negotiating and finalising agreements with clients
  • Using social media to attract clients and build relationships
  • Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number new clients, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated

Key Details

  • Full-time role
  • 6000-7000 PLN gross per month (depending on experience) + unrivalled commission structure
  • Contract of employment
  • US working hours (13-21)
  • Office location: Kraków, Fabryczna Office Park

Required Skills

  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
  • English language (B2 at least, written and spoken)
  • Proactive qualities with willingness to learn
  • Genuine interest in the Life Sciences sector
  • High level of resilience
  • Experience in sales, customer service or recruitment would be an asset
