Responsibilities

• Participating in processes to improve our procedures

• Participating in team meetings and training sessions

• Executing all administration support for TR projects

• Other Ad-hoc Total Reward Related Activities as required to support TR team members – myHR system approvals, compensation offers, job evaluations etc.

• Active support in Performance Management Process

Qualifications

• Intermediate MS Office skills

• Attention to details and ability to focus

• Eagerness to learn and develop in the area of Human Resources

• Fluency in English

• Student Status
