THE WORK:
- Managing collections process on assigned portfolio of customers
- Resolving customers disputes pertaining to Collections
- Answering customers incoming queries
- Making recommendations regarding the treatment of uncollectable debt
- Building long term business relationship with customers
- Planning and prioritizing own work to ensure the deadlines and customers experience are met
QUALIFICATONS:
- Minimum one year experience in Cash Collection/Customer service (B2B) process
- Fluent Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for contacting clients email and phone in a B2B (Business-to-Business) setting
- Good knowledge of MS Office package
- High accuracy and attention to details
- Ability to quickly adapt to process changes and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work in a hybrid mode from the office located in Warsaw city centre (2/3 days per week)
