As a Senior Recruitment Coordinator with Dutch you'll play a crucial part in our Talent Acquisition process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at every step. Your responsibilities will focus on managing candidate databases and scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication between candidates, Hiring Managers and Recruiters. You'll focus on maintaining candidate records, tracking progress, and providing administrative support to the recruitment team.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing interview scheduling process, ensuring all interview documents are collated and provided to candidates and Hiring Managers in a timely manner
Supporting other administration tasks and projects as and when required
Day to day contact with HMs, internal & external candidates - by phone and email
Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties, making sure they are constantly up to date with the process.
Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports when required
You’ll need to demonstrate:
Fluency in Dutch and English – both verbal and written (min. C1 level) is a must
Strong attention to details and accuracy are a must
Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with high-level stakeholders
Previous experience in HR, administration, scheduling or customer service
Ability to effectively work individually as well as in a team
