Are you interested in joining our global team, working with developing, maintain and evolving our tools in the HR domain at Alfa Laval? The team is part of a Value Stream that develops not only in the HR area but also Internal Communication and Digital Workplace.
Alfa Laval have chosen Workday, Docebo among some other applications and we are now looking at extending the central team. We are looking for expertise in Workday HCM and Security.
The team is responsible for support to HR, to perform global admin daily operations tasks, break-fixing as well as continuous improvements and projects. The work is driven in an Agile way with two-week sprints where the team delivers prioritized changes.

The team is highly visible within HR. You will enjoy a varied role where you take part and take ownership in both support, training, investigations, solution design, configuration, testing, deploy, communication, follow-up and release analysis within your area of expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Providing ongoing support for the Workday solution, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Configuring and maintaining the solutions.
- Understanding and analyzing HR processes and requirements.
- Working with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with the Workday system best practices.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth integration into the Alfa Laval IT infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience within Workday HCM and Security configuration, both in deployment and support.
- Experience within HRIS systems.
- Learning agility.
- Customer-focused mindset and high level of autonomy.
- Good knowledge on the HR Business Processes.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Analytical skills that include identifying and resolving problems.
- Has the ability to adapt when, due to business demands, deadlines and priorities change.
- Motivated individual with a willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.
- Experience in the other HRIS areas like performance management, talent acquisition or compensation and benefits is nice to have.
