About the role:
Aptean is seeking a Business Development Representative as the team is expanding! In this role, you’ll identify new sales opportunities, pitch Aptean’s products, and build lasting customer relationships.
You will reach out to prospects through various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, networking events) to qualify leads and secure meetings for the sales team. Additionally, you’ll nurture inbound leads from webinars, events, and contact forms.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound/Inbound prospecting and cold calling, including targeted campaigns for specific companies/verticals.
Creation and execution of email, direct mail, and outbound campaigns.
Pipeline management.
Participation at European trade shows and events as needed.
Provide feedback to the marketing team on program quality.
What We're Looking for in Our Ideal Candidate:
Background in software B2B sales and business development, but we also welcome entry-level candidates eager to pursue a career in sales.
Strong English communication skills allowing to engage with senior business leaders.
Business courage and hunger to achieve results.
Attention to detail – seeing value in process and data integrity.
Self-starter – creative, proactive and motivated to try unique sales and marketing techniques.
Dutch language – nice to have.
