Intern in Sox Compliance and Internal Controls Team

YOUR ROLE:

In your daily job you will:

• Participate in Executing Aptiv SOX framework

• Support update of SOX documentation

• Perform SOX validation testing

• Participate Site/Process Reviews  to share and implement best practices

• Assist in coordination of quarterly SOX certification process

• Assist in design and implementation of improvement action plans

• Follow-up on internal control issues to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures

• Participate in coordination of  EY audits in scope of Global Shared Services Organization

YOUR BACKGROUND:

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

• Student status (preferable Finance and Accounting or related)

• Availability of minimum 20h per week

• Knowledge of accounting guidelines

• Basic understanding of SOX requirements and other Internal Controls

• Fluent English

• Very good analytical and communication skills
