YOUR ROLE:
Processing all matters related to price implementation and order processing, such as:
Downloading and handling contracts on clients' online portals
Validating client orders for compliance with the pricing offer database
Implementing and changing client prices in the SAP system in coordination with the sales department
Creating and editing documents in the SAP system
Working in accordance with internal Aptiv procedures
Documenting all tasks in the CRM system
Planning, organizing, and effectively managing the assigned client portfolio
Ensuring key aspects of work are met and delivered to end recipients
Adhering to proper process management, taking into account Aptiv's values and ethics, including confidentiality principles
Regularly updating existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and creating new ones if required
Providing information to external and internal auditors
Solving problems in collaboration with other Aptiv teams
Effective communication with Aptiv teams. Building and maintaining positive inter-team relationships
Continuously seeking potential improvements in the current process
Cross-training to enable coverage in case of colleagues' absences
Performing tasks and instructions assigned by the supervisor
Reporting problems exceeding the competencies of the current position to the supervisor in a timely manner
Working under the supervision and support of senior analysts and the Team Leader
Collaborating with Team Leaders and Managers in conducting key activities that maximize compliance with stakeholder service rules and procedures
Continuous development and participation in available training
YOUR BACKGROUND:
Ability to build effective and positive relationships with stakeholders
Good organizational skills
Attention to detail and results-oriented
Ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and make key decisions based on limited information
Good communication skills both in speech and writing, with a communicative level of English
Good knowledge of MS Office
Ensuring data confidentiality
Knowledge of SAP
Proactive and customer-oriented with intercultural awareness
Experience in a multinational company is a plus
