Position Summary:
Join our GES team and gain hands-on experience in building and supporting cutting-edge Infotainment systems for the automotive industry. We focus on delivering the infotainment systems (car radios) for the top car manufacturers like VW Group, Volvo, Porsche, Ferrari, Fiat and many more. You will join the team of seniors engineers managing the software project delivery. Your role will be to support the communication within the Aptiv team, tickets management, customer meetings and tools synchronization.
Your Role:
- Support the Software Project Manager, Error Manager, Project Coordinators in daily work
- Tickets management in Jira
- Dashboard administration to provide the status reports to higher management
- Back-end administration work like tools synchronization, issues, Jira administration, meetings administration, meetings notes
- Support customer communication
Your Background:
- Student status
- Availability at least 20 hours a week
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Organizational skills
- Willingness to learn the Project Management tools and processes
- Creating documentation
- Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English
