About Aryzta Europe Business Service Center

The Business Service Center in Wrocław was established in 2023. Our office is based in Wrocław at Legnicka Street. Our team currently consists of more than 120 employees. Our portfolio includes processes in the areas of finance, master data, procurement, IT, and project management.

 

About the Role

This role will assist Global Category Management in various procurement activities, ensuring efficient processes and maintaining strong vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive and skilled in communication, with a focus on supporting procurement efforts across the organization.

This position bridges administrative support role with practical local buying responsibilities to ensure procurement efficiency, compliance, and savings realization.

 

Key Responsibilities include

 

Support of Global Category Management (CM) in various procurement activities:

·         Stakeholder involvement: Collaborate with internal departments (Global Procurement Services (GPS), direct & indirect, local procurement, supply chain, R&D, finance departments etc..) to gather requirements and ensure alignment with procurement initiatives & strategies.

·         Data Management / Documentation & Reporting: Support the preparation and management of procurement documentation, including Tender/RFx documentation.

·         Generate procurement-related reports to provide insights into spending patterns and vendor performance etc.

·         Develop standard documents and routine reports for workshop preparations.

·         Maintain accurate procurement records and databases, ensuring data integrity and accessible reporting and ensure thorough compliance and record-keeping.

·         Local Buying: Handle contracting and sourcing of locally required or tail-spend items within delegated authority from the Category Manager.

·         Vendor Management & Market Intelligence Support: Assist CM in vendor communication and queries, this includes market intelligence activities (such as requesting market updates from vendors).

·         Help identifying and evaluating vendors, maintaining relationships to ensure optimal performance.

·         Contract Administration Support: Support the contract management process, create contracts (price & volume agreements), including monitoring contract compliance, balances and renewals.

·         Manage various contract types, such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Supplier Code of Conducts (COC), Supplier Framework Agreements (SFA), etc. and track contract signing processes.

·         Support in gathering demand forecasts and carrying out sanity checks.

·         Claim Management Support; Oversee the assessment, investigation and resolution of claims. Ensure that all claims are processed in compliance with company policies. Address and escalate with CMs if needed.

·         P2P Transactional Activities: Support Purchase to Pay processes and ensure efficient data gathering related to suppliers. Support CMs in solving potential invoice queries/mismatches.

·         Procurement Projects & Initiatives: Participate in procurement projects & initiatives, support in maintaining saving calculations and reports.

·         Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the standardization of procurement practices within the group.

 

Qualifications & Experience

 

·         Proven experience in procurement, with a strong understanding of sourcing and contract management.

·         Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups, including global category management, local supply chain, and finance departments.

·         High accountability for your work with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced, changing environment.

·         Strong focus on process improvements, standardization, and harmonization.

·         High competence in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with SAP is essential.

·         Experience in process transition projects is a plus.

·         Fluency in English is required
