Responsibilities

  • Posting vendor invoices and verifying document accuracy

  • Setting up and updating new supplier data in the system

  • Assisting in invoice coding according to applicable standards

  • Assisting in business travel expense settlements

  • Posting bank statements

  • Reconciling and settling accounts payable (AP) balances

  • Collaborating with internal departments and suppliers regarding settlements

  • Data archiving; other postings as assigned, balance confirmations

Requirements

  • Experience in accounts payable (AP) or accounting

  • Basicknowledge of accounting principles and processes

  • Knowledge of the Maconomy system and experience in SSC environments will be an advantage

  • Analytical thinking skills and attention to detail when working with data

  • English proficiency at a level enabling smooth communication

  • Polish native language
