  • Evidence of fluency in English (required)

  • Fluency in German, Dutch, or Polish (highly-valued)

Details about your application:

  1. Applications open: between 3rd Feb – 7th Apr 2025

  2. Interviews and assessments: between mid April and June

  3. Start date: 6th October 2025

  4. To qualify:
    -recent graduates (not later than 2 years) or due to graduate before 6th October;
    -evidence of quantitative skills (ability to work with data, analyze it; doesn’t have to be STEM degree);
    -less than 2 years of full-time work experience (this is an early careers opportunity);
    -proficiency in any European languages (especially Dutch, German, Polish/Czech/Slovak) is of advantage.

  5. Programme duration: 21 months
    3 months onboarding then 3 rotations each 6 month each. The rotations in Advisory and Research teams are mandatory, the third rotations is variable within one of our Commercial teams (Sales/KAM/Customer Success). Possibly other teams available

  6. Typically hire graduate cohort between 8 and 12 graduates.
