The intern on the Digital Marketing Team provides support across web and marketing technology initiatives to help enhance execution and impact.
Responsibilities:
Website management and delivery
Updating headshots for recruiting profiles to maintain accurate and professional representation
Conducting monthly content audits to maintain relevance and consistency across web pages
Making basic website updates to ensure content accuracy and alignment with brand standards
Marketing technology enablement
Support with tool set up for marketing tools (e.g. Pigeonhole)
Digital Marketing operations
Preparing and delivering Marketo Analytics reports to support marketing performance insights
UTM link creation for campaign tracking
Requirements:
BA or MA Student
0-1 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing field
Fluency in English (min C1 level)
Proactive team contributor who can take ownership of tasks with clear guidance
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiar with content management systems (CMS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Exposure to UX/UI principles and how they inform digital experiences
Comfortable working with basic HTML
