Main responsibilities will include:
- Close collaboration with various BD departments and BD suppliers.
- Order creation and management.
- Transactional workflow coordination of the orders and stock movements.
- Confirmation of the order entry delivery and shipment details to the stakeholders.
- Providing support and mentorship to BD vendors and internal BD associates on data set management.
About you
- Bachelor level required in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field,
- Problem-solving and team-player skills,
- Proficient command of English language required (written and spoken),
- Strong customer focus: ability to collaborate with individuals from different backgrounds,
- Very good analytical skills - feel comfortable with processing large data sets,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook),
- Experience in Shared Service Center Organization within Supply Chain field combined with customer facing environment will be an additional asset.
