Responsibilities

• Talent Search: Use the latest recruitment tools, social media, and your creativity to find hidden gems in the IT world. Become a true talent hunter!

• Review and select applications, identifying the best candidates. Your attention to detail will be irreplaceable here.

• Manage the interview schedule, maintain contact with candidates, and ensure the whole process runs smoothly and efficiently, including providing feedback.

• Create job profiles based on the required competencies to accurately identify the needs of our team.

• Develop your network of professional contacts to constantly expand your talent base.

• Create recruitment summaries and reports from which we can draw valuable conclusions together.

Requirements

• Are you familiar with LinkedIn and other recruitment portals? That's great! We'll teach you the rest.

• You have the basic ability to use various sourcing tools and platforms effectively, including knowledge of LinkedIn Premium, X-Ray Search, etc.

• You are interested in new technologies and eager to expand your knowledge in this area.

• You know how to build relationships, are open to people, and can engage in interesting conversations.

• You are characterized by independence, creativity, and readiness for new tasks.

• You have very good knowledge of English (B2/C1).
