REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or data analysis gained through projects or internships
- Ability to gather, verify, and manage business requirements, especially in Business Intelligence initiatives
- Basic knowledge of SQL and an understanding of databases and ETL processes
- Ability to analyze and understand client data and business processes
- Experience (or willingness to develop skills) in creating and maintaining documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user guides
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering business value
- Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and summaries to support decision-making
- Willingness to participate in internal and external knowledge-sharing initiatives and continuous self-development
- Good command of English – at least B2 level
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaboration with the Client and the project team
- Gathering, verifying, and managing requirements within Business Intelligence initiatives
- Understanding client data and business processes
- Creating and maintaining documentation related to requirements, design, and user guides
- Preparing reports, presentations, and summaries
- Planning and supporting internal testing and UAT
- Active participation in internal and external initiatives to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous development for yourself and team members
