Junior Business System Analyst

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or data analysis gained through projects or internships

• Ability to gather, verify, and manage business requirements, especially in Business Intelligence initiatives

• Basic knowledge of SQL and an understanding of databases and ETL processes

• Ability to analyze and understand client data and business processes

• Experience (or willingness to develop skills) in creating and maintaining documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user guides

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering business value

• Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and summaries to support decision-making

• Willingness to participate in internal and external knowledge-sharing initiatives and continuous self-development

• Good command of English – at least B2 level

• Understanding of Data & BI concepts (data warehouses, data lakes/lakehouses) would be nice to have

• Basic experience with: Power BI (or other reporting tools), UML and BPMN, Azure or AWS cloud components for data storage, processing, and presentation would be an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaboration with the Client and the project team

• Gathering, verifying, and managing requirements within Business Intelligence initiatives

• Understanding client data and business processes

• Creating and maintaining documentation related to requirements, design, and user guides

• Preparing reports, presentations, and summaries

• Planning and supporting internal testing and UAT

• Active participation in internal and external initiatives to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous development for yourself and team members
