RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR area:
Conduct HR administration - create contracts, addenda and ensure the completeness of personnel files.
Update data in HR systems, making sure they are complete and in order. Create HR reports to help us analyze data even better.
Support recruitment processes - select applications, contact candidates and coordinate meetings.
Engage in Employer Branding activities - organize events for employees and contribute to internal communications.
Office area:
Support the daily organization of the office, ensuring smooth operations on a daily basis. Manage office purchases online - from coffee to essential office supplies.
Organize business travel - from hotel reservations to domestic and international tickets. Be a master of logistics who always finds the best connection!
Organize equipment for new employees - laptops, phones and other necessary work tools. Coordinate granting access and setting up accounts for new team members.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum one year of experience in a similar position, with a willingness to take on new challenges and grow in HR & Office operations.
Proficiency in MS Office and openness to new technologies, as well as an interest in expanding knowledge in this field.
Attention to detail and excellent multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal skills – you know how to build relationships and enjoy having conversations.
Self-reliance, proactivity, and readiness for new tasks – you enjoy organizing and planning.
Very good command of English (B2/C1).
