- Serve as the technical point of contact, gathering customer insights to align security architectures with their business outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with technical teams and decision-makers to influence cybersecurity strategy.
- Offer guidance on closing skill gaps related to security readiness, compliance, and cloud adoption.
- Advocate for customer needs within internal teams to foster solution improvements and innovation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SD-WAN technologies for securing network traffic across distributed environments.
- Experience with cloud security in multi-cloud settings (Azure, AWS, GCP) using firewalls, identity management, and encryption.
- Expertise in implementing SOC and SIEM platforms for advanced threat detection, monitoring, and incident response.
- Solid understanding of Zero Trust architecture to design solutions that enhance security posture
- Certifications
- Required: Fortinet Certified Solution Specialist (NSE7), Microsoft AZ-500, or equivalent security certification.
- Preferred: CISM, CCSP, or AWS, Azure, or Google security certifications.
