TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as a Compliance Subject Matter Expert (SME) in our new Global Compliance Risk Management Program – guiding Local Compliance Officers through end-to-end compliance risk assessment and monitoring process, and providing advice on global standards
Support local Compliance Officers in conducting Compliance Monitoring and Testing activities, based on the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan
Consult local Compliance Officers and business partners on corrective actions resulting from compliance risk assessment and compliance monitoring activities, to ensure compliant business practices and continuous improvement of the Compliance Program
Ensure a risk-based approach by maintaining country-specific risk indicators and a compliance risk inventory, in close collaboration with Corporate and local Compliance stakeholders
Perform transparency spend data cleansing related to payments to Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and Health Care Organizations (HCOs)
Support project activities such as process design and documentation, as well as handling requests from internal business partners
Collaborate cross-functionally with various BI stakeholders from Legal and Compliance functions, business units, and different countries
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CANDIDATE WITH:
1–2 years of experience in Compliance or Risk Management, e.g., in Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC), Data Protection, or Healthcare Compliance.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Law, or a related field.
Very good English skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
Communicative Spanish skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level).
A strong willingness to learn.
A service-oriented mindset and strong business partner focus.
