The position

Looking for a role where you can focus on various administrative tasks during the employee lifecycle? Help us build Employee Central Germany team towards operational excellence and splendid customer experience – from hiring and contracting to work and income related activities in German language. Tasks & responsibilities

  • As an HR Specialist in Employee Central Team, you will take a part in transition of activities from Germany to Poland (occasional travel foreseen)

  • During the project phase, the core of your duties would be to document a part of the process and ensure all the adjustments are made to enable remote delivery.

  • After the project is completed, you will be responsible for the professional support as well as the administrative processing of tasks with different complexity, following internal and external compliance regulations.

  • Processing the tasks from hiring and contracting as well as work and income related changes using our case management system, e-mail or phone will be a part of your daily job. 

  • You may work on projects and in the environment where we use targets to measure the service quality.

  • As the owner of at least one competence center (e.g., termination, absences, hiring, compensation) you are in close contact with relevant stakeholders and provide updates or trainings to the EC team.

  • If needed, you will also be supporting our HR Direct (Front office) or Time Management teams as part of our business continuity model. 

About our future employee

You should speak German & English languages (min. B2) and have around 1-4 years of professional experience in HR, ideally supporting employee lifecycle process.
Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Completed higher education, preferably in HR field or related areas.

  • Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, and service orientation.

  • Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and participate in process optimization.

  • Proven ability to capture complex issues in a solution-oriented working style (e.g., in the HR 3-pilar-model)

  • Preferably working experience with SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, ServiceNow, OpenText and MS Office

  • Experience in transition of processes would be an asset
