The position

If accounting is in your area of interest, we can offer you a paid internship in the Accounts Payable team in an international environment. You can take the opportunity to gain an insight into source to pay processes for EMEA region and actively accompany them.
The start of the paid internship is planned from April 2025 and the duration is 6-12 months on hybrid mode in Wrocław.
Tasks & responsibilities
Assist the Account Payable team with the posting of invoices and processing other documents for countries of EMEA region
Support AP team in the regular activities such as open AP report analysis
Gather data for ad hoc reports
Develop tools and excel files to support the daily operations
About a Future Boehringer Ingelheim Intern
Students or graduates in the field of economics, administration, accounting or finance
Very good communication skills in English (min. B2)
Proactivity with time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with high level of reliability and confidentiality
Distinct empathy, team spirit and service-oriented mindset
Knowledge of MS Office (be expert in Excel is a plus)
German language is a plus.
