Location: Anywhere in Poland. Seriously, anywhere.
Program Start Date: September 2026 (non-negotiable)
Let’s be real: You don’t need to move to Warsaw to build world-class tech, and you certainly don't need a specific diploma to prove you can. Whether you’re a fresh graduate, a career-switcher, or someone who taught themselves to code at night on YouTube - if you're at the very beginning of your professional journey within Product with a maximum of a year of experience under your belt, this is for you. Regardless of your overall professional experience.
Our Early Careers Programme is a 12-month adventure that’s 100% remote. We don’t care if you’re working from a tiny village in Podlasie, a mountain cabin, or your couch in the city. We know that bold talent doesn’t live in just one zip code. As long as you’re based in Poland and have a stable internet connection, you’re good to go. We’ve traded rigid hours for real flexibility. No performative presence. We trust you to show up for your team, deliver, and own your work - that's what matters.
Show up, learn fast, and own your progress. We'll back you all the way.
