REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education (controlling, finance, accounting, or related fields)

• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Docs

• Good command of English (minimum B1)

• Fluent Polish

• Strong analytical skills

• Accuracy, attention to detail, and willingness to learn

• Ability to organize work and collaborate effectively within a team

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing ongoing reports on the Group's revenues and costs

• Collecting, processing, and analyzing financial data

• Verifying the accuracy and completeness of financial data

• Participating in the month-end and year-end closing processes

• Supporting experienced specialists in their daily tasks

• Preparing analyses and reports, including ad hoc reports for the Management Board

• Initiating and implementing ideas for process optimization and work automation
