REQUIREMENTS:
Higher education (controlling, finance, accounting, or related fields)
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Docs
Good command of English (minimum B1)
Fluent Polish
Strong analytical skills
Accuracy, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
Ability to organize work and collaborate effectively within a team
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparing ongoing reports on the Group's revenues and costs
Collecting, processing, and analyzing financial data
Verifying the accuracy and completeness of financial data
Participating in the month-end and year-end closing processes
Supporting experienced specialists in their daily tasks
Preparing analyses and reports, including ad hoc reports for the Management Board
Initiating and implementing ideas for process optimization and work automation
