GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learns how to work as a Finance team member to support internal customers through compiling, analyzing, and tracking data.
- Works on specific functional area objectives or projects that may require research, working in teams, developing presentations.
- Assists with filing, data entry, recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
- Conducts her/himself as a regular full-time member of the staff.
- Compiles and analyzes financial information through preparation of reports or journal entries.
- Supports the audit of our financial statements by our external or internal auditors.
- Works closely with Global Business Services (GBS) finance shared service center.
- Takes additional tasks or projects to learn more about finance and company’s operations.
- Takes an active interest in seeking opportunities for continuous improvement and standardizing processes.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE:
- Current undergraduate student in the areas of Accounting or Finance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact comfortably at all levels of the organization.
- Speaking English and Polish fluently. Czech language would be an advantage.
- Excellent technical skills including a strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented, dynamic and changing environment.
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
- Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
