Your key duties
• posting purchase invoices, travel expenses and bank statements in the Europe Region
• controlling and settling of employee’s expenses
• resolving any inquiries with clients and suppliers
• coordinating the document flow and archiving of accounting documents
• participating in the month and year-end closing process
Your skills and experience
• experience (1+ year) in accounting department
• organised and structured approach to compliance with deadlines
• independence in the scope of entrusted tasks and the ability to cooperate with other teams and a business clients
• very good knowledge of MS Excel
• language skills: Fluent in English and Polish.
