Pełny opis

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our Strategy & Growth team within a fast-growing software development and boutique consulting company. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, client engagement, and solution development, supporting manufacturing clients.

You will play a key role in shaping and maintaining our service offerings, supporting presales and business development efforts, and contributing to client delivery activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking to build a strong foundation in consulting, digital solutions, and manufacturing transformation.

Your responsibilities

  • 1. Strategy & Offering Development

  • • Support the development and refinement of manufacturing-focused solution offerings, services, and accelerators

  • • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments

  • • Assist in creating thought leadership materials, pitch decks, capability documents, and use cases

  • • Help structure and document internal methodologies, frameworks, and client-agnostic solution approaches

  • • Support roadmap visioning for digital transformation initiatives and identify areas of business value for clients

  • 2. Presales & Business Development Support

  • • Assist in identifying and researching prospective clients and opportunities

  • • Support the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations

  • • Contribute to solution scoping, value proposition development, and pricing/costing discussions

  • • Help build client-facing credentials and success story materials to support business growth

  • • Collaborate with technical teams to align client needs with solution capabilities

  • 3. Client Engagement & Delivery Support

  • • Assist in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business analysis activities

  • • Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and observations

  • • Contribute to workshops, stakeholder interviews, and client assessments to identify use cases and priorities.

  • • Support roadmap development and prioritization for client initiatives

  • • Provide strategic support for ongoing client accounts

  • 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • • Work closely with strategy, engineering, product, UX, and delivery teams

  • • Help translate business needs into structured problem statements, features, and solution requirements

  • • Support internal coordination across multiple workstreams

  • • Contribute to design, build, test, and business readiness activities as needed

  • • Support internal collaboration and sustainable growth practices across teams

Our requirements

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex problems and structure insights

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to create clear presentations and documentation

  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes, especially in manufacturing environments

  • Problem Solving: Structured approach to tackling ambiguous challenges

  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to work effectively with clients, leadership, and cross-functional teams

  • Collaboration: Comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Adaptability: Willingness to take on varied responsibilities across strategy, sales support, and delivery

  • 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, a related role, manufacturing operations, engineering, or digital transformation roles

  • Exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing is highly preferred

  • Familiarity with digital manufacturing / Industry 4.0, process optimization, lean manufacturing, quality systems, and data-driven decision-making in operations

  • Experience supporting client-facing work or stakeholder engagement

  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially PowerPoint and Excel

  • Experience with low-code tools, analytics platforms, or digital transformation initiatives

  • Exposure to GxP, validation, or regulated environments

  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

  • Experience supporting feature definition or coordinating requirements with product, UX, or delivery teams

  • Experience working within Agile delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid environments)
