Your day-to-day activities:
We offer a rotation Trainee Program for you to gain experience in the Customer Service and Asset Management departments. You will spend 6 months in each department developing your soft and hard skills with an option for internal opportunities available for our employees.
Asset Management Intern responsibilities:
• Database and account management. First contact for Distributors. Support for AM and
Field Service representatives in reporting and administration.
• First point of contact for Distributors
• Administrative support for Asset Recovery Project Leader in account management
• Implementation of online platform (myCHEP) at Distributors
• Preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external purposes
• Coordination of activities related to planning and execution of audits at Retailers
• Participation in current department projects
Customer Service Intern responsibilities:
• Supporting Customer Service Specialists in account management
• Preparing and analysing reports of stocks and flows
• Managing incoming customers calls
• Outbound calling to customers to inform about delivery status
• Administrative tasks supporting customer performance
