Are you passionate about backend development and eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting? We are looking for a Java Back-End Developer Intern to join our engineering team in the eMobility industry. You will have the opportunity to work in agile approach on cutting-edge solutions that power electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure and smart mobility platforms. This internship will allow you to develop real-world applications while contributing to a greener future.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot for eMobility services.
Work with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) to store and process EV charging and mobility data
Write clean code and follow best practices and participate in code reviews.
Collaborate with senior developers to debug, optimize, and enhance backend services
Participate in Agile development processes, including daily stand-ups and code reviews
Technical Requirements:
Understanding of Java programming fundamentals
Understanding of basic OOP principles
Basic understanding of algorithms and data structures
Basic understanding of SQL and database management
Basic understanding of RESTful APIs
Familiarity with Git
Exposure to testing frameworks
Exposure to frameworks like Spring or Hibernate (optional)
Other Skills:
Willingness to learn with open mindset
Good communication skills and open for other people
Team collaboration
Basic problem-solving
English level B1+(written and spoken)
