This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of managing our day-to-day operations related to domestic and foreign payments and liquidity support.

We are looking for a Junior Specialist to join us in our Poland branch! In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for daily client and stakeholder queries, ensuring that our service delivery is seamless and top-quality. Your main objectives will be to provide excellent customer service, maintain process quality and data integrity, and alleviate administrative tasks from the client team. Your critical mindset, logical rationalization, and solution-oriented attitude will help to meet the customer’s expectations of a professional and dependable business partner.
Your role will include tasks such as:
Provide direct service support to internal and external stakeholders, solving service-related tasks efficiently
Proactively recommend relevant solutions and products to enhance client satisfaction
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the group’s organization to ensure quick customer response times
Address routine tasks following established guidelines and practices
Manage daily administrative duties and support tasks related to payments and liquidity
Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and improvements,
Actively contribute ideas for process enhancements
Perform additional tasks as delegated by the team leader
