Job Description

You will be joining the function of KYC Business Customers Poland, within the Financial Crime Prevention. We are responsible for Ongoing Due Diligence and are important contributors to fighting financial crime and ensuring the bank is compliant.

We are looking for you to support us with production planning activities and our target commitments to our stakeholders. 
In this position, you will need to showcase a data-driven mindset, deep dive into data quality and production pipeline management issues and communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.

You will collaborate with 8 teams working with AML/KYC processes and supporting colleagues across the Nordic countries.

You will:

  • Oversee production in KYC BC Poland to ensure continuous production flow and timely delivery

  • Be actively involved in target setting, changes in target ownership, risk migrations and other target movement related activities

  • Identify and raise operational gaps, roadblocks and suggest mitigation actions

  • Identify, escalate and fix issues related to data quality

  • Collaborate with other productions leads in market areas and the tribes

  • Work with different customer segments, understanding their ODD lifecycle and potential production risks that are affiliated with it

  • Have holistic view towards end of year targets with an ability to spot potential risks and escalate them

  • Assist with ad-hoc data analysis and reports

About you:

  • Hands-on experience utilizing data analytics skills in a professional environment, demonstrating proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting (excel, Tableau etc. SQL is nice to have)

  • At least 1–2-years’ experience in the KYC area

  • Solid planning, communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Systematic and results-oriented mindset, always maintaining a vigilant eye for details and quality

  • Proactive and responsible, have a strong "can-do" attitude, be able to quickly identify and raise issues, manage multiple priorities and shifting demands, take responsibility under pressure and stick to the deadlines

  • Data-driven – you can identify patterns and discrepancies in various data points
