We are looking for motivated students to join our Katowice office and support hardware-related activities for our distributed teams. In this role, you will work hands-on with physical devices, enabling remote teams to test, configure, and validate solutions using real hardware.

Your responsibilities
Manage hardware
Set up, connect, and configure devices according to provided guidelines
Maintain hardware inventory and ensure devices are operational
Support remote teams by executing test scenarios on physical devices
Handle incoming requests (e.g., running tests, troubleshooting setups, reconfigurations)
Document configurations, setups, and test results
Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of equipment
Our requirements
Student status (preferably in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field)
Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking
Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, Android, etc.)
Basic of SQL
Interest in QA/testing and willingness to learn
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures
Communicative English (written and spoken)
Availability to work on-site in Katowice
Experience with hardware setup (PCs, mobile devices, IoT, peripherals, etc.)
Experience in using AI e.g. Github CoPilot (including concept of MCP’s)
Familiarity with testing concepts or QA tools
Experience in technical support or help desk roles
