Associate Recruitment Consultant: Key Responsibilities
- Specialising in the area of Life Sciences you will be supporting senior level consultants in the resourcing and placement of individuals in contract roles for the European market
- Use resources and tools to search for an engage with candidates, providing an ongoing candidate pool
- Vet candidates on the phone, maintaining ongoing relationships with them
- Take down job briefs and write up job adverts to be posted on job boards
- Achieve various set targets in relation to phone calls, emails and candidates registered
- You will specialise in a key area of Life Science and have a sound understanding of roles, companies, and key players

Required skills
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
- English language (B2 at least, written and spoken)
- Knowledge of another European language would be an asset
- Proactive qualities with willingness to learn
- Genuine interest in the Life Sciences sector
- High level of resilience
- Experience in recruitment, sales or customer service would be an asset
