Junior Influencer Marketing Manager

Your responsibilities

• Identify and onboard nano (up to 10K followers) and micro (up to 100K followers) influencers whose values align with our brand.

• Maintain a robust network of influencer relationships and continually scout for potential partners.

• Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.

• Ensure influencer profile setups and campaign details on platforms like Displate.com are accurate.

• Manage financial documentation, including invoices, payment requests, and certifications, for assigned partners.

• Work closely with influencers to co-create authentic content that resonates with their audience while effectively communicating the brand’s message.

• Oversee content approval processes and ensure compliance with legal requirements for influencer and UGC usage.

• Manage monthly campaign budgets to achieve targeted revenue and ROI.

• Drive performance to meet quarterly revenue and ROI goals.

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and cultural nuances to refine influencer strategies.

• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.

• Prepare and present detailed reports on monthly and quarterly campaign outcomes.

Your skills & experience

• passionate about influencer marketing,

• Experienced in campaign management, or a related role.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• A deep understanding of social media trends and influencer ecosystems.

• Ability to manage budgets and meet performance targets.
