Responsibilities
- Supporting in administration of bank accounts, bank mandates and accesses
- Supporting users with contact and solving issues with the banks
- Administration and maintaining of regional payment providers accounts and payment terminals
- Active participation in creation of processes description
- Supporting in coordination of cash-flow management process (analyzing forecast file & cash flow situation)
- Participation in global project of new bank integration
- Daily cooperation with the Global Treasury Team
- Communication with stakeholders via e-mail/telephone in alignment with service management processes
- Providing statutory and internal audit support
- First point of contact for upcoming requests in Service Now platform (tickets maintaining)
- Other administrative tasks in connection to cooperation with banks
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- 1 year of relevant experience in finance
- SAP and Service Now experience is a plus
- Proficiency in the use of Excel
- Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Good communication and time management skills
- Quality and deadline oriented
