KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensuring smooth functioning of the office by cooperation with our employees, consultants and clients.
Cooperating with office suppliers, planning and ordering necessary products.
Being responsible for the purchase and delivery process.
Being a contact person to various suppliers.
Organization of meetings.
Providing support in planning, designing and decorating new office spaces.
Assistance in event planning and execution - internally and externally.
Ad hoc assignments for colleagues and management.
WE IMAGINE THAT YOU:
Speak English and Polish very well.
Have very good interpersonal skills.
Can organize your tasks and have the ability to prioritize,
Like to take responsibility for your duties.
Are task-oriented,
Are available to work from 8 – 16/17 from our office 5 days per week (occasionally 2-3 times per year on the weekends).
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required — we will show you everything :)
