About the role
As an Business/System Analyst, you will be supporting the identification, analysis, and preparation of explicit and implicit stakeholder requirements and providing functional support for business applications during deployment. You will be responsible for analyzing the requirements together with business representatives and creating possible solutions that will solve problems or add additional value to the end customer, both for new and existing products.
How you will get the job done
working with stakeholders to capture and define business requirements
creating detailed outcomes of business analysis process, outlining problems and opportunities for Business stakeholders
eliciting and validating requirements for Product, translate them into relevant Product Backlog items and tasks
monitoring completeness of business requirements, taking responsibility for requirement’s quality
identifying dependencies and blockers impacting planned scope
working on estimations together with the whole development team
supporting Product Owner, Delivery Team and Program Manager with detailed understanding of the product features during refinement sessions
validating the product (testing on behalf of stakeholders, readiness to participate in E2E testing process)
creating relevant project and product documentation
constantly seeking for improvements and excellence
Skills and experience you will need
fluency in Polish
excellent communication skills in written and spoken English (at least B2 level)
few years of hands-on experience in software development domain as a Business Analyst / System Analyst or similar role
understanding of software development lifecycle, proven experience in end-to-end software project delivery
experience in exploring and managing requirements in large corporate projects
demonstrating analytical thinking and problem-solving approach which can deal with ambiguity
being proactive and feeling comfortable when dealing with senior decision makers
team player who values positive culture and have ability to collaborate in a positive and professional manner with team members and stakeholders
strong communication/interpersonal skills combined with stakeholder management skills
practical experience with team collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence)
