About the role
As a PMO Officer, you’ll support Project and Program Managers by tracking deliverables, generating status reports, and ensuring timely updates on project plans and documentation.
How you will get the job done
supporting Project / Program Managers in tracking the statuses of program deliverables and milestones, controlling and reporting on the progress
outputting project status and other regular or on-demand reports, coordinating the regular project and program reporting cycle
implementing, coordinating, and improving project governance arrangements and communication
ensuring that project plans and project documentation are complete, delivered on time, and up to date
managing PPM Tool (our E2E project management instance)
performing project resource management-related tasks from onboarding to work effort reporting control
ensuring aligned processes are implemented and project management is conducted in line with the organization’s standards
cooperating with numerous other departments and international colleagues on a common goal of excellent IT project delivery
Skills and experience you will need
fluency in English (B2)
2+ years of experience in the field of PMO (preferred in IT-related environments)
ease at working in a multinational environment using a foreign language daily
advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
experience in the usage of SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, JIRA, and PPM tools
strong analytical mindset with a focus on attention to detail
capability to solve issues in a quick-paced environment
at least familiarity with Agile or Waterfall
experience in stakeholders management accompanied by a high level of interpersonal communication skills
proactive type of attitude
ability and drive to learn new expertise in a fast-paced environment
minimum Bachelor’s University degree
Nice to have
German written and spoken language skills at minimum B1 level
PMI / PRINCE or similar certification
