Main responsibilities:
- Assess potential suppliers per commodity strategy to meet program sourcing needs
- Conduct Supplier Audits, Supplier Quality Releases and Material Releases
- Lead Advanced Quality Planning (APQP) with suppliers
- Evaluate and monitor Suppliers’ performance through KPI’s (MCA, Quality, Delivery etc.)
- Lead Supplier development and continuous improvement (supplier management)
- Statistical evaluation and analysis of all supplier quality relevant items
- Work closely with Plant Supplier Quality on supplier failures in the field, at customers in manufacturing and incoming inspection
Qualifications:
- A university degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Working knowledge of automotive quality processes, standards and quality tools
- A good understanding of production processes(injection moulding process) and material properties
- Ability to work in an international environment; minimum 3 years of experience required
- Quality auditor skills regarding VDA 6.3 / ISO 9001 / IATF 16949
- Experience in APQP, MSA, 8D, Lean, Six Sigma,GD&T and project management is a plus
