THE OPPOETUNITY:
As a Junior Consultant within our Identity & Access Management / Digital Identities (IAM) team, you will be supported in learning and developing your technical and process-oriented skills while assisting our clients with their identity and security needs. You will work alongside an international team of specialists to help our clients with their information security requirements and contribute to their business resilience.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS:
0-1 years of experience or academic background in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Digital Identities.
Familiarity with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Savyint, CyberArk, Active Directory/Entra ID, Okta, and other similar solutions.
Basic understanding of IAM concepts like provisioning, access control, and user lifecycle management.
Knowledge of authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
Familiarity with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
Exposure to technologies like LDAP, Active Directory, or cloud-based identity platforms.
Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) and access governance principles.
Willingness to learn and grow within the field of IAM, with a focus on security and compliance.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, share knowledge, and support colleagues.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
Good communication skills in French
