YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Intern in Business Transformation, your key responsibilities will be:
Cooperate with Junior & Senior Consultants / Project Managers on delivering client engagements, providing valuable support.
Help in delivery of key project indicators established by Consultants / PMs, such as scope, timeline & budget.
Conduct research, data analysis, and assist in developing client solutions.
Prepare presentations and reports for engagements.
Contribute to the delivery of high-quality consulting services to clients.
Stay abreast of industry and participate in relevant training programs.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS:
As a recent graduate (with at least a bachelor’s degree), you are at the initial stages of defining your career path taking into consideration Project Manager role as a key direction. The following skills will set you apart:
Excellent & effective communication in English and French (C1)
Interest in Project Management and Consulting.
Proactiveness and readiness to work in a changing environment.
Willingness to learn.
Client-centric mindset.
Strong attention to detail.
TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in Business, or degree from studies that includes Project Management faculty.
Participation in voluntary student activities and projects.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ideally, you’ll also have:
Completed courses, or certificates related to Project Management.
Knowledge of PowerBi, MS Share Point, MS Project, JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, Trello, other project management tools.
B2 proficiency (or higher) in foreign languages other than English.
Experience in working with diverse teams. Leading, or independently delivering parts of a task.
