YOUR KEY RESOINSIBILITIES:
Managing the quality enablement functions related to GIA - these involve managing operations, tools, accesses, repositories
Deliver high quality, client-ready output with minimal supervision
Identify risks / issues and escalate to the relevant person in a timely manner
Ensuring seamless audit performance by managing the audit backend operations
Managing staffing activities for the GIA team
Preparing reports and information for use by senior stakeholders
Involvement in ad-hoc tasks requested by GIA leaders
Utilize technology and tools to continually learn and innovate, share knowledge with team members and enhance service delivery

Technical attributes:
Analytical thought process to evaluate unstructured situations and provide logical conclusions
Strong attention to detail
Proficient presentation skills, including the ability to create business documents, guidelines, and PowerPoint presentations

Experience in working with Power BI would be a plus

To qualify for the role, you must have
Postgraduate/ MBA is preferred with 1+ years of post-qualification relevant experience
