About the role
Once you have completed our recruitment process, you will become a member of the FDM Graduate Programme which provides comprehensive preparation and support through a new role. This includes an intensive several-week education followed by practical experience at the client's site, under the guidance of mentors and experts.

- IT Operations
- Risk, Regulation & Compliance
FDM's Skills Lab will equip you with knowledge and skills in a broader area of expertise, providing numerous future career opportunities and significant flexibility in the job market.
After completing the education programme, you will have the opportunity to immediately gain experience by joining a cross-functional team and applying your competencies in practice by fulfilling internal FDM initiatives as well as external client projects.
About You
What we expect:
- You have completed a bachelor's or master's degree.
- You possess English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
- You are ready for full-time employment for 18 months.
- You are currently located in Poland and have permission to work here.
- You are open to diverse tasks and clients.
