OTC Intern

As an OTC Intern you may have a chance to practice:

• Allocating and clarifying payments

• Dunning process of all overdue items

• Securing on time customer payments and providing Customers with requested documents

• Direct debit

• Invoices/credit notes check and creation and recharges

• Bank reconciliation

• Reports preparation

• Maintaining relationship with Customers/Business Partners

• Identifying process improvement needs

• Taking an active part in keeping up to date process documentation

We Appreciate:

• University degree or students of the last years of study

• English allowing business communication

• Good command of Excel

• Experience in work with the ERP systems, preferably SAP (nice to have)

• Accuracy and attention to details

• Ability to understand customer needs and establish priorities

• Presenting level of commitment, responsibility, ownership, capable to adjust to the situation and enhancing of cross team cooperation

• “Can do” attitude

• Good team player

We are offering a paid internship under a Graduate Internship Contract for a duration of 3 months. This full-time position is ideal for students pursuing finance-related fields who are eager to gain their first professional experience.
