RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processes AP invoices and raises queries with vendors and internal customers
Analyses and reconciles accounts
Manages AP related documentation
Responsible for the consistent and ongoing adherence to guidelines and internal controls
Investigates processing errors in the respective area of responsibility and drives resolution
Reports operational issues (process or system related) to team lead
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Basic knowledge of accounting and its principles
Good knowledge of English and Polish (B2 level)
Knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
Knowledge of a SAP environment (would be an asset)
Can-do attitude with the ability to work as a team member and independently
