We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to take on the role of Project Leader for an Omnichannel Project. This role involves coordinating team meetings, managing project documentation, supporting event preparation, and ensuring seamless communication across stakeholders.

YOU WILL
Support Management Team meetings, including agenda creation, minute-taking, action log tracking, and stakeholder communication.
Gather and manage pre-read materials, develop templates, and maintain action logs.
Assist with event preparation, including repository creation, content and access management, and communication distribution.
Coordinate and lead team meetings, managing setup, agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-ups.
Provide ad hoc documentation support as needed.
