Trainee in the Finance Team

Your responsibilities:
Supporting the Accounts Payable team in processing invoices, travel & entertainment (T&E) expenses, and intercompany transactions.
Assisting with processing payments to third-party vendors, employees, and Herbalife Members.
Resolving Accounts Payable queries and supporting communication with internal stakeholders.
Participating in team meetings and process-related calls.
Supporting the Accounts Payable team in daily operational activities and performing ad hoc tasks assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.
Our requirements:
Student or graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Good command of English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (intermediate level preferred).
Knowledge of Oracle or another ERP system will be an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Customer-focused mindset and good communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
