THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Project Workers team. This role offers hands-on experience in global mobility operations, compliance, and data management. The intern will support critical processes related to invoicing, certificate handling (social security exemptions), and data quality improvement including coordination activities.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Certificate Management
Handling of A1/Certificate of Coverage (CoC) documents
Invoicing & Financial Processes
Handle vendor (Tax, relocation services & international insurances) invoicing and monthly statement
Create Purchase Orders (PO)
Data & Reporting
Collect compensation data for project workers
Document management
Improve A-Pro (Tool for managing international assignments) data quality through validation and updates
YOUR BACKGROUND:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Interest in global mobility, compliance, and HR processes
