The opportunity
The main task in this position is to respond to employees’ queries on HR topics such as salary, benefits and time management, using a ticketing system. An additional task is to manage employees’ data in various HR systems.
How you’ll make an impact
Administration of HR processes for DACH countries (Switzerland/Germany and Austria)
HR data administration in the payroll system
HR data administration in the time system (eTime)
Archiving of documents in various systems
Learning to use SAP system
Your background
Student status (expected graduation date in 2026 or later)
Willingness to learn
Good time management
Good knowledge of English and German
Willingness to work as part of a large, fast-growing team
