Internship – IT Application Support (Supply Chain)

The opportunity 

Our team is taking care of run and build of applications that are used by Supply Chain Management department of Hitachi. The team consists of Service Managers responsible for selected portfolio of applications, Application Managers and Specialist who are responsible for specific applications, and cross-application team members such as Business Analyst and Solution Architect.

How you'll make an impact

• Facilitate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

• Respond to queries from suppliers, managers, and other business units

• Assist in application testing, issue reporting, and providing user feedback

• Monitor IT project progress and share timely updates with relevant parties

Your background

• Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Global Business Services (GBS), Business Analyst, Project Management or related field

• Proficient in English and Polish

• Strong interest in IT tools and technologies

• Detail-oriented, organized, creative, and reliable

• Familiarity with Excel, Visual Basic, and Office 365 is a plus
